The new reality is characterized by a combination of personal interaction and digital platforms, a synergy of traditional and digital approaches to management, and the spread of hybrid employment, a model of work organization in which employees combine office work (offline) with remote work (online). The purpose of this study was to identify the essence and key aspects of the transformation of approaches to personnel management in hybrid employment. The article highlights the essence and features of hybrid employment, its differences from traditional and mixed employment. It reveals the basic characteristics of the modernization of HR priorities and the roles of the HR manager corresponding to them, clarifies the concept of transformation of approaches to personnel management in the context of hybrid employment. The aspects of such transformation are revealed. The conclusions about the relationship of its essential characteristics with each other and with the priorities of personnel management are formulated. Understanding and taking this into account in practical activities allows HR departments to be at the forefront of ongoing changes and adapt their tools accordingly.
