The article examines the influence of leadership style on the effectiveness of interaction with personnel in the context of modern management. The relationship between different management styles (authoritarian, democratic, liberal) and their impact on employee motivation, engagement and productivity is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the role of the emotional intelligence of the manager in creating a favorable psychological climate in the team and developing trusting relationships. The results of studies demonstrating that an adaptive leadership style that takes into account the individual characteristics and needs of personnel helps to increase job satisfaction and reduce staff turnover. In conclusion, recommendations are offered for improving management practices aimed at optimizing interaction with personnel and achieving the strategic goals of the organization.
