The younger generation today is a strategic asset of the state, it represents the future human capital, the main driving force of innovation and development, as well as the bearer of new ideas and values, ready to assume key roles in society and the economy. It is young people who are the reserve for solving current and future tasks. The article is devoted to the social and economy aspects of the state youth policy. Measures to support youth, mechanisms of social adaptation, professional and personal self-determination, as well as the role of international cooperation and the digital environment in these processes are considered. This article identifies key indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of youth policy and its impact on the development of the country. The importance of a well-thought-out state youth policy, taking into account modern innovations, is substantiated.
