Abstract (English):
This article examines the main areas of collaboration between Surgut State University and employers in the training of specialists in the fields of "Public and Municipal Administration" and "Human Resources Management." Particular attention is paid to various forms of interaction: organizing internships and internships, concluding direct contracts, employer participation in the development of educational programs, research activities, the formation of a talent pool, and graduate employment. The specifics of partnerships by training profile are analyzed, examples of successful cases are provided, and prospects for further cooperation related to the implementation of dual education, the digitalization of the educational process, and the expansion of the partner network are outlined. The results of the study confirm the importance of interaction between the university and employers as a key factor in improving the quality of education and meeting the needs of the regional labor market.
