This article examines the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the development of an effective enterprise motivational strategy It is established that the CSR strategy and motivational strategy, as derivatives of the overall strategy, ensure the implementation of its goals in the external and internal environments of the enterprise. Together, they define the foundations of a value-oriented HR policy. It was found that the key determinant of an enterprise's HR management is the motivational strategy, which directly influences employee engagement within the organization and determines the mechanisms for motivating personnel to achieve the company's current and strategic goals. It was determined that CSR primarily contributes to the intangible component of the motivational strategy. Its impact on employee retention and attraction, as well as increased productivity, is characterized. A system of macro- and microeconomic tools for integrating social responsibility into an enterprise's motivational mechanism has been developed.
