Modern organizations face constant change, and a rapidly changing and competitive environment requires them to continually adapt and evolve. Personnel development is key to achieving high results, and effective HR management plays a vital role in achieving competitive advantages and sustainable development, as it contributes to enhancing employee competence and professionalism and achieving better results. This article examines current trends in personnel training and development and proposes an algorithm for managing personnel training and development to improve the effectiveness of organizational learning.
