The importance of studying conflict management in modern organizations is demonstrated not only by the universal nature of this type of human interaction but also by its frequency, including in business communication. Conflicts can lead to decreased employee productivity and worsen the psychological climate, but they can also facilitate the emergence of new management solutions, the development of creative initiative among employees, and the improvement of industrial relations within the organization. Effective conflict management creates a safe space for exploring the problem, discussing its consequences, and then helps the team find a solution together. This article describes the theoretical aspects of conflict management in organizations. Conflict management styles are identified and ways to successfully manage conflict situations are proposed, depending on the objective and subjective causes of their occurrence.
