The article discusses the necessity and content of logistics process reengineering as a comprehensive project transformation aimed at increasing the adaptability and competitiveness of enterprises in the modern economic environment. The relevance of transition from local optimization to radical redesign of processes is substantiated, and the key principles of reengineering are highlighted: customer focus, process approach, radicality, interdisciplinarity, and the pursuit of leap-frog improvements. The article analyzes the organizational aspects of transformation, such as changes in structure and roles, human resources management, motivation, and leadership, as well as the technological components, including the use of big data analytics, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, blockchain, and robotization. The logic of project implementation of reengineering is described: diagnostics, design, implementation, monitoring and organizational consolidation; risks are outlined and a system of balanced key performance indicators (financial, operational, customer and quality) is proposed. Based on the analysis, practical recommendations are formulated for the management of enterprises on the preparation and implementation of reengineering projects, including priorities in investing in information systems, change management programs and the implementation of analytical tools.
