This article explores innovative approaches to insurance claims management and the integration of digital technologies into insurance companies' operations. Insurance claims management is a set of measures for processing customer complaints, claims, and demands aimed at resolving disputes and compensating for losses. In an increasingly competitive insurance market, the effectiveness of insurance claims management is becoming a key factor in maintaining companies' reputations and ensuring financial stability. Traditional approaches to claims processing are often characterized by bureaucracy, delays, and subjectivity, leading to customer dissatisfaction and economic losses. The relevance of insurance claims management is heightened by the development of digital transformation. Digital technologies (AI, blockchain, automated platforms, etc.) offer new opportunities for optimizing claims management. Innovations can reduce complaint processing time, improve the accuracy of decisions, and ensure process transparency. However, their implementation must take into account regional specifics, given that insurance services are closely linked to local economic, social, and legal conditions. The author pays special attention to regional aspects, where effective claims management contributes to the sustainable development of regions by optimizing resource allocation and reducing transaction costs. The aim of the study is to analyze innovative approaches to claims management in insurance, focusing on the role of digital technologies and their impact on the development of insurance companies in the regions.
