Abstract:
In a rapidly evolving technological landscape, sports organizations are faced with the need to adapt their structures to ensure competitiveness and sustainability. This article explores the role of innovative technologies in shaping the organizational structure of sports organizations, focusing on the transition from digital transformation to sustainable development. The digitalization of sports in Russia is not simply a trend; it is a restructuring of the entire sports ecosystem on the path to sustainable development under the influence of modern technologies. The article is based on a theoretical literature review and empirical examples from the sports industry. Key technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR), are analyzed, as well as their impact on management, marketing, and operations. The article emphasizes that digital transformation not only optimizes internal processes but also contributes to the development of sustainable and responsible organizations in the sports sector. The purpose of this article is to analyze how innovative technologies influence the formation of the structure of a sports organization, with an emphasis on the evolution from digital transformation to sustainable development.
