The article examines the main characteristics and possibilities of process management of digitalization of business processes. The methods of retrospective, statistical, graphical and perspective analysis are used in the work. Process management of digitalization of business processes is defined as a process that involves the introduction of digital technologies to optimize processes, automate routine tasks and manage their execution. It is also a systematic approach that combines modeling, automation, monitoring, and optimization of operations using IT tools (BPM systems) to increase efficiency. The article argues for the need to use process management for the digitalization of business processes in conditions of external uncertainty with its capabilities to ensure flexibility and maneuverability, prompt response to opportunities and threats, eliminate redundancy and duplication of operations, functions and other inefficient processes that consume resources and do not pay dividends.; customer orientation, its values, personalization and customization of products / services.
