Barriers to the implementation of AI technologies in corporate management

Abstract:
The article examines the barriers and problems of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the corporate management system of modern organizations. The relevance of the research is due to the need to bridge the gap between the theoretical potential of AI technologies and their practical application in the business environment. The purpose of the study is to identify and systematize the main obstacles to the integration of artificial intelligence into the management processes of companies, as well as to develop recommendations for overcoming them. The study identified key barriers to the introduction of AI technologies: strategic and organizational constraints, technical obstacles, personnel problems, information security issues, and financial difficulties. The analysis of the current state of AI use in Russian companies has been carried out, and the most promising areas of its application have been identified. The practical significance lies in the development of an approach to overcome barriers to the introduction of AI, including the formation of a strategic framework, identification of areas of responsibility, data preparation, selection of pilot projects, integration of IT solutions with business processes and the development of a corporate culture of innovation.
