This article is devoted to the study of the multifaceted and dynamic impact of artificial intelligence on the modern labor market. The article analyzes how rapid automation is transforming existing professions, affecting both routine tasks in the fields of service and data processing, as well as highly qualified areas such as design, law and programming. The paper examines both the potential risks associated with massive job replacement, reduced entry-level vacancies and increased social inequality, as well as the opportunities offered by the emergence of new, sought-after specialties requiring deep digital skills and competencies in the field of artificial intelligence management. Particular attention is paid to the fact that the success of adaptation to these rapid changes directly depends on the willingness of employees to master new digital and cross-functional skills, as well as on strategic decisions made by the management of companies in the process of integrating new technologies.
