Digital transformation of HR in the global economy: new competencies for sustainable competition

Abstract:
The digital transformation of personnel management is becoming an increasingly important factor in the long-term competitiveness of companies in the context of globalization and digitalization of the economy. The use of automated technologies, data analysis, and artificial intelligence increases the effectiveness of personnel selection, evaluation, and management, but the processes of employee development, adaptation, and training remain insufficiently automated. The differences in AI regulation in Russia, the EU, and the United States underscore the importance of a comprehensive strategy that includes candidate rights protection, algorithm transparency, and anti-discrimination measures. Successful digital transformation of HR requires the development of digital capabilities of specialists, the integration of data analytics and the formation of a culture of strategic human capital management capable of responding to changes in the global economy.
