The contemporary topic of communication management within the ESG agenda (Environmental, Social, Governance) is gaining increasing significance in Vietnam amid global transformations and the pursuit of sustainable development. In recent years, the Vietnamese business community has actively transitioned from traditional corporate social initiatives to comprehensive strategies integrating environmental, social, and governance dimensions. This evolution responds to the imperative to align with international standards, meet investor expectations, adhere to governmental policies, and address societal demands. A pivotal aspect concerns the effective governance of both internal and external communication processes, which underpin transparency, cultivate stakeholder trust, and contribute to the sustainable reputation of enterprises within the market. This study aims to analyze modern approaches to managing ESG communications in Vietnam, identify key challenges and obstacles, and outline promising development directions and recommendations for businesses and regulatory bodies.
