The article discusses the theoretical and methodological aspects of building multidimensional models for assessing the quality of management of commercial real estate in the context of digital transformation. The article substantiates the need to move from traditional approaches focused primarily on financial indicators to integrated assessment systems that take into account many factors that determine the effectiveness of management activities. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign studies, four key dimensions of management quality are identified: financial and economic, operational and technological, social and customer, and digital. The structure of the integral management quality index is proposed, which includes procedures for normalizing indicators and determining weighting coefficients using the hierarchy analysis method. The developed model is being tested using the example of two commercial real estate objects that differ in the level of digitalization of management processes. The results of the study confirm the existence of a positive relationship between the digital maturity of the facility and integrated management quality indicators. The limitations of the proposed approach are identified and the directions of further research are determined. It is concluded that multidimensional valuation models allow for a more complete and adequate understanding of the quality of management, which creates the basis for making more informed management decisions and improving the efficiency of using commercial real estate.
