The concept of "evaluation of the effectiveness of project group management" is considered in the context of historical development and context-based analysis of the definition, and the need for a comprehensive evaluation is justified. The evaluation of the effectiveness of project group management is represented in the form of a model. The model includes the following components: target, subject-subject, content, process-communicative, and result. One of the main elements of the model is the use of quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques. The qualitative methods (simulation, observation, and survey) are further detailed in the techniques. The areas of evaluation (management of material, financial, and human resources of the project) are represented by a system of criteria and indicators. Each indicator has a brief interpretation.
