This article analyzes the structure of property distribution in Krasnodar Krai during the post-privatization development period (2010s–2020s). It identifies key trends in the distribution of assets among the state (municipal), private corporate sectors, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the krai's main economic sectors, such as the agro-industrial complex, industry, the resort and tourism sector, and trade. Factors of an economic, historical, and institutional nature that influenced the formation of the modern ownership structure are identified. The role of the privatization processes of the 1990s–2000s and subsequent consolidation processes is determined. The main measures taken by the authorities of Krasnodar Krai to support and develop private property, small businesses, and enhance the region's investment attractiveness are outlined.
