Today, digitalization plays a significant role in all aspects of Russian society. A large number of processes are being automated and digitized, resulting in virtually every activity related to achieving corporate goals being linked to innovative technologies. HR processes are no exception. This article examines approaches to one of the key HR technologies—recruitment using artificial intelligence (AI)—and analyzes its impact. The aim of the study was to analyze the management and behavioral risks associated with the use of AI in recruitment. The results of this analytical study are presented in the form of a behavioral and management risk map.
