Abstract:
The article discusses the current issues of organizing the interaction between the public relations (PR) and human resources (HR) departments in a modern company. The relevance of the study is due to the transformation of corporate communications in a digital environment and the increasing competition for high-quality human resources, which requires the creation of a cohesive and consistent employer brand. The purpose of this study is to identify the functional areas of mutual influence between HR and PR departments and to explore ways to optimize their collaboration. To achieve this goal, the article employs comparative and functional analysis methods, as well as the case study approach, which allows for the examination of successful integrated communication practices. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the systematization of the interaction zones of the analyzed services and the identification of levels of its synergistic effect; the practical significance lies in the development of recommendations for optimizing the interaction between HR and PR services.
