Abstract:
The civil service is one of the vital elements of statehood, as it is responsible for implementing the functions of public administration. The overall stability of the state depends on the effectiveness of the civil service. The civil service is made up of civil servants, who represent the country's workforce. This article aims to explore the role and significance of various incentives for civil servants in the overall system of civil service in the Russian Federation. The study concludes that the productivity of civil servants is highly influenced by their motivation. The mechanisms for stimulating the motivation of civil servants in Russia have already been implemented, but the task is to further improve them. Measures to improve the mechanisms for stimulating civil servants in the Russian Federation may become the subject o further research.
