Abstract:
The article considers a modern approach that significantly transforms traditional methods of conducting construction projects. In the context of the growing complexity, diversity and scale of construction work, the use of artificial intelligence technologies is becoming necessary to achieve success in this field. AI assistants can automate routine tasks such as scheduling work, accounting for materials, and reporting. The system provides real-time processing of significant amounts of data, which makes it possible to continuously monitor the progress of tasks, timely identify discrepancies with planned indicators and make informed management decisions based on current facts. Their use helps to efficiently allocate resources (materials, labor, equipment) depending on the current needs of the project, which helps to reduce costs and increase productivity. In construction projects, AI assistants act as a central hub for the exchange of information between all project participants. They automatically notify contractors of any changes in schedules, working conditions, or task requirements. AI-based systems can analyze historical data and identify potential risks such as delays in deadlines or problems with the quality of materials.
