In the context of the dynamic development of the economy and digital technologies, the digital results of intellectual activity are of particular relevance, as they are a key factor in the country's scientific, technological, and innovative development, ensuring the creation of new technological solutions, products, and services that contribute to the competitiveness of organizations and the economy as a whole. The issue of transferring the digital results of intellectual activity, which are the subject of this research, to the external environment, which depends on the level of technology readiness, is of particular importance. The purpose of this study is to develop a procedure for assessing the readiness of digital results of intellectual activity for their introduction into the external environment. The study examines the levels of technology readiness and addresses the issue of establishing a relationship between the levels of technology readiness and the extent of its introduction into the external environment. The research methodology includes analysis, description, measurement, and the use of a systematic approach. The study results in the development of a procedure for assessing the readiness of digital results of intellectual activity for their introduction into the external environment, as well as the establishment of a correlation between the levels of technology readiness and the extent of their introduction into the external environment for further use and commercialization.
