The concept of "audit of the organization's HR management system effectiveness" is considered in historical development, through context-analysis of the definition, as a type of personnel audit along with personnel audit. The conceptual essence of the audit is reflected in the form of a model. The model includes the following components: target, subject-subject, substantive, procedural-communicative, and resultative. One of the elements of the resultative component is the audit report, which includes a set of recommendations for improving the HR management system. The areas of improvement for the audit of an organization's HR management system include standardization of audit processes, automation of audit processes, personnel development of auditors, and improvements in communication and management.
