Organizational and economic models of anti-crisis management: systematization, comparative analysis and limitations of "pure" approaches

Abstract:
This article systematizes organizational and economic models of anti-crisis management in the context of macroeconomic turbulence in 2022–2025. A critical analysis identifies three basic paradigms: preventive, reactive, and adaptive. A comparative analysis is conducted based on the criteria of goal setting, time horizon, resource intensity, and specific risks. The key proposition is the fundamental inapplicability of "pure" models to the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector due to resource constraints and high vulnerability. As a summary, a hybrid three-layer architecture integrating elements of all approaches is proposed. The results of a pilot test of this model are presented, confirming a reduction in response time and a reduction in costs without personnel losses. A conclusion is drawn regarding the need for further development of industry micromodels and the development of this theory.
