The article provides a description of the production activities of Rodina LLC in the Oktyabrsky District of the Rostov Region. The level of intensity of agricultural production, the rational combination of industries, and the availability of production resources determine the financial result and competitiveness of products. The article examines the state of crop production. It identifies opportunities for increasing the productivity of land and improving the efficiency of farming. The development of production enhances the potential for increasing economic efficiency, reducing costs, and improving profitability. The level of land development at the enterprise is 95.18%, and the level of plowing is 45.94%. Resource conservation is achieved by eliminating the loss of material resources and using resource-saving technologies. One of the ways to increase the efficiency of production is to improve the quality and competitiveness of the products. The enterprise has identified organizational and economic reserves for producing agricultural crops. Implementing measures to increase the yield of major crops by 12-17% can result in an additional 195-220 thousand rubles in profit.
