The relevance of the study is due to the growing level of uncertainty and risks in the modern business environment. Economic instability, dynamic changes in market conditions, and accelerated technological development complicate the implementation of projects and increase the likelihood of threats. The use of effective risk management tools becomes a necessary condition for their successful implementation. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing risk management tools and then improve them in order to increase the efficiency of project management, reduce the level of potential threats, and minimize the negative consequences of risk implementation. To achieve this goal, the following research objectives must be addressed: studying the theoretical foundations of risk management and determining its role in the project management system; evaluating the effectiveness of existing risk management tools through analyzing their practical application in real projects; identifying common challenges and barriers that hinder the effective implementation and use of risk management tools; analyzing current trends and predicting the future development of risk management tools in the field of project management; and developing practical recommendations for modernizing risk management tools to improve the effectiveness of project management. The object of the study is the project management process with the integration of risk management tools. The subject of the study is the risk management tools used to minimize project risks and increase the efficiency of their implementation. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the development of a comprehensive approach to improving risk management in project management. The study has created and theoretically substantiated original methods for identifying, assessing, and minimizing risks, as well as proposed innovative tools for their practical implementation. The implementation of these solutions can increase the efficiency of projects and reduce the likelihood of negative outcomes.
