This article examines areas of stakeholder interaction in the housing and utilities sector. It examines the theoretical aspects of developing public utility services, highlights the specific features of housing and utilities as a sphere of socio-economic and managerial interactions, and proposes areas of stakeholder interaction in the housing and utilities sector. It also notes the importance of analyzing stakeholder influence on the housing and utilities sector, taking into account the diversity and diversification of their interests. Criteria for grouping stakeholders in the housing and utilities sector are proposed, and potential areas for the practical application of the research results are presented. The aim of this study is to identify key areas of stakeholder interaction in the housing and utilities sector in the context of ensuring the sustainable development of an enterprise in the industry. The economic and general scientific methods used in the study allowed us to identify areas of stakeholder interaction in the housing and utilities sector in the context of ensuring the sustainable development of an enterprise in the industry.
