This article explores current approaches to managing innovative projects in the agricultural sector. The importance of this topic stems from the need to strengthen food security and implement import substitution objectives through the introduction of high-tech technologies into the agro-industrial complex. The study identifies the main barriers hindering innovative development, analyzes government support instruments, and highlights the specifics of corporate project management. The objective of this work is to develop a conceptual model for adaptive innovation cycle management, achieved through the use of systems analysis, synthesis of management practices, and descriptive modeling. The theoretical basis for this study is based on the works of leading Russian scholars published in recent years. Finally, the concept of a "Digital Innovation Hub" is presented as a tool for mitigating project risks.
