This article examines the adaptation of business processes at mechanical engineering enterprises to the challenges of technological leadership using regional infrastructure resources. The study is based on the example of the Samara Region, one of Russia's key industrial regions. It is shown that, given limited investment opportunities, enterprises can rely on external resources concentrated in industrial parks, engineering centers, and regional development funds. The study systematized external and internal resources for improving business processes, identified the development dynamics of infrastructure facilities in the region, and analyzed the activities of engineering centers and the regional Industrial Development Fund. The scientific novelty of this study lies in the development of an adaptive business process management model that integrates the internal capabilities of enterprises with regional infrastructure resources to achieve technological leadership.
