MODEL OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT PROCESS IN RUSSIA: INCENTIVES AT THE LEVEL OF FIRMS AND THE STATE
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The paper explores the model of the innovation and investment process in the domestic economy. It was revealed based on the analysis of foreign sources that during the period of globalization there is an inflow of capital from underdeveloped to overdeveloped countries in terms of capital: as evidenced, for example, by the growth of the US stock market. To build an innovative model of the economy, the state in its policy should focus on intellectual and human capital, the knowledge economy should become the foundation. At the same time, firms must competently build personnel policies by hiring younger senior managers who are able to build a competent policy with innovators and are more focused on external innovations that can bring companies greater profit maximization and business value maximization.
