The implementation of strategic market behavior under sanctions is essential, as well as the volatility of the operating environment for food supply chain participants. The article reflects the research conducted by World Bank specialists, systematizes priority digital technologies in the supply chain industry, examines the reactions of participants to supply chain disruptions and the most common KPIs used to monitor them. In applying the methodology developed by the author with CHATGPT-4 in mind, a food supply chain adaptability strategy was proposed, including its key elements and aspects.
