Personnel, their qualitative and quantitative characteristics occupy one of the main positions in the organization, but, like other resources of the company's production cycle, they require control and changes. Working with staff in an organization is a complex process. The management of this process is characterized by the performance of a number of functions that are important in the well-functioning of the entire organization. One of these functions is personnel certification as a method of evaluating an employee's compliance with his position. The article analyzes the concept of "personnel certification" and some of its types, touches on the concept of business evaluation of personnel. Separate methods of personnel certification are considered. The stages of personnel certification are analyzed in detail, as well as the main errors that occur during personnel certification.
