This article discusses the features of the digital transformation of private security organizations. The services of private security organizations are highlighted and what opportunities exist for their digital transformation both at the level of work of private security organizations themselves and at the level of monitoring their activities. The prospects of digital transformation in the development of geoinformation systems are investigated, with the help of which private security organizations and private security guards will be provided with operational access to a single, up-to-date database of infrastructure facilities of the market for the provision of private security services in a specific territory. The legal and instrumental aspects of private security organizations and the directions of their development in the conditions of digital transformation are studied.
