Conditions and factors of competitive advantages in the dairy industry

Abstract (English):
In this article, we have considered the essence of competition, as well as its functions. The conditions and factors of competitive advantages of Russian enterprises in general and specifically the dairy industry are analyzed. Among the features of modern dairy enterprises are: dependence on managerial abilities, knowledge and skills of the head, significant influence of innovations, dependence on the natural and climatic factor. The analysis of the competitive advantages of dairy enterprises should be based on the indicators of the economic entities of the studied industry and region. In this article, we will also look at the main competitive advantages in the dairy industry and how to achieve them. Such aspects as: innovations in production processes, product quality improvement, optimal use of resources and other factors of successful operation of enterprises in this industry will be considered.
