Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study of the concept of effective management, its role and key aspects in the context of modern challenges such as globalization, technological progress and the variability of the market environment. The main stages of the management process, including planning, organization, regulation and control, are considered, and the importance of strategic leadership, teamwork and change management is emphasized. Special attention is paid to the analysis of internal and external factors affecting management effectiveness, including environmental analysis, employee motivation, innovation, and adaptation to change. The conclusions emphasize the need for continuous improvement of management practices to ensure sustainable success and adapt to dynamic market conditions. The presented approaches can be useful for increasing the competitiveness of organizations in various sectors of the economy.
