The article discusses an approach to diagnosing the effectiveness of an integrated business model of an enterprise. The research topic is relevant due to the fact that modern enterprises face an increasing need to integrate business processes to ensure flexibility and competitiveness. The integrated business model is a systematic approach that combines various functions and processes into a single structure, allowing you to manage resources more efficiently and meet the challenges of the external environment. The author examines the theoretical foundations of integration and methods for diagnosing the effectiveness of business models of enterprises. Diagnostics of the effectiveness of integrated business models becomes an important stage for evaluating their success and identifying shortcomings. The purpose of the study is to identify the positive sides of innovative ways of building business processes and to consider the role of diagnosing the effectiveness of an integrated business model of an enterprise.
