The article examines the main stages of the algorithm for making managerial decisions in conditions of risk and uncertainty caused by the instability of the current economic situation. Today, in conditions characterized by transformational processes in the economy and the active introduction of innovative technologies into management systems, management decision-making faces significant risks arising from uncertainty. In this regard, the issues of studying the conditions of uncertainty and risk, the development of an algorithm for making managerial decisions are of interest to researchers, proving the relevance of the research topic. In conditions of risk and uncertainty, the development of an algorithm for making managerial decisions that would take into account various factors and minimize negative consequences becomes an important area of work for those who manage the company's activities. The most acute situation of uncertainty has begun to affect the functioning of modern enterprises in recent years due to the introduction of foreign sanctions, forcing the heads of enterprises in such conditions to make managerial decisions related to risk and uncertainty. The purpose of this article is to consider the main stages of developing an algorithm for making managerial decisions in conditions of risk and uncertainty, analyze the levels of uncertainty and consider forecasting tools.
