Abstract (English):
In most economically managed facilities, there is a direct connection between the labor force (human) and the means of production. They consume natural resources, means of production, and labor, and at the same time create new products for industrial and non-industrial purposes. These objects are influenced by: the natural environment, the composition and quality of natural resources, the level of development of productive forces, scientific and technological progress, the type of social relations and their level, the degree of human labor, social and intellectual development, and many other points. The state and productivity of economic managed facilities characterize, in the main, the level of development of a municipality and the possibilities of municipal management in it.
