Abstract (English):
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of measures aimed at ensuring the economic security of the Dagenergo branch of PJSC ROSSETI North Caucasus. The actions taken to improve industrial safety, prevent injuries and occupational diseases, as well as improve working conditions are considered. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the causes of occupational injuries in 2019-2023 and proposed measures to minimize risks. The environmental aspects of the branch's activities, including measures to reduce the negative impact on the environment, were assessed. The key tasks related to the improvement of the internal control and risk management system have been identified. There was an increase in the level of executive discipline, an improvement in the quality of inspections and the introduction of modern control mechanisms, which contributes to improving the overall efficiency of the branch.
