The article examines the importance of the personnel management system as one of the key elements of the overall management structure of the organization. The focus is on the role of human resources in improving the competitiveness and efficiency of the enterprise. The main tasks and functions of the personnel management system are described, as well as its interaction with the overall strategy of the organization. Various methods of personnel management, such as socio-psychological, economic and administrative, and their impact on employee motivation are also considered. The article highlights the importance of innovative approaches, such as process automation and new training methods, to improve work with staff. The main conclusion is that an effective personnel management system contributes to the achievement of high results of the organization and its sustainable development. Recommendations include the need for continuous system modernization and attention to the individual needs of employees.
