The article examines the issues of employee motivation through the integration of corporate culture and a systematic approach to the study of personality. Special attention is paid to non-material incentives such as professional development, a friendly atmosphere and leadership support. A study of the corporate culture of a railway industry company has been conducted, which revealed the dominance of market and bureaucratic features. Proposals are presented to improve the motivation system, including strengthening team spirit, reducing bureaucratization and developing training programs. The methods of analyzing corporate culture and their application for the diagnosis of motivational factors are discussed. The results showed a significant impact of intangible incentives on improving the social climate and increasing employee loyalty. The proposed measures contribute to improving the efficiency of the organization and strengthening its competitive position in the market.
