This article discusses the integration of outsourcing into the system of infrastructure support for entrepreneurial activity in Russia. Outsourcing as a strategy for managing business resources and processes is becoming increasingly popular among Russian companies seeking to optimize their operations. The paper analyzes the theoretical aspects of outsourcing and its difference from traditional business models, as well as its impact on the effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity. We present a number of examples of successful outsourcing applications in Russian companies, while focusing on the problems and prospects of its integration into the business infrastructure. The article can serve as a useful guide for practicing managers and researchers seeking to improve the efficiency of their operations through the introduction of outsourcing.
