In the modern world, in order to ensure the sustainable economic development of the country's economy and each economic entity individually, it is of great importance to achieve economic stability both in individual spheres of activity, organizations and enterprises, and the entire economy of the country as a whole. The economic sustainability of each individual enterprise contributes to the maintenance and development of the country's economy. Of particular importance is ensuring the sustainability of construction enterprises due to the fact that the construction industry acts as one of the key sectors of the Russian economy. However, the management of economic stability and the development of construction enterprises is complicated by a variety of factors affecting it, changes taking place in the market, increased competition, etc. Managing economic sustainability within the framework of increasing competitiveness and further economic development of modern construction enterprises has many features, due to which it is possible to ensure stable growth and development of companies. Thus, the topic is relevant and in demand for research and study. The economic development of construction enterprises is characterized by a significant number of trends in the field of construction, including due to the diversity of their activities, including production, scientific and technical, design, etc. The peculiarity of managing the economic development of construction companies is also reflected in the fact that achieving stability in each construction enterprise contributes not only to the development of the industry, but also, of course, ensures its improvement in the form of innovations, technologies, new types of building materials, staff training in innovative ways of conducting construction, etc.
