The relevance of the topic is justified by the rapid changes in the technological landscape and consumer preferences, which requires companies to introduce new approaches to management and efficiency assessment. The author analyzes the current state of the market, examines the key factors affecting efficiency, and offers assessment methods, including examples of successful practices from domestic experience. The article also focuses on the development of strategies aimed at increasing competitiveness and optimizing business processes. In conclusion, recommendations for companies to improve efficiency are presented, as well as prospects for future research in this rapidly developing field.
