Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study of the role of corporate culture in the formation of professional behavior of employees and the impact on labor productivity. It is emphasized that corporate culture is a key factor contributing to team building and improving work efficiency. The basic principles of corporate culture management and its impact on employee motivation, discipline and loyalty are considered. The problems of measuring the impact of corporate culture and the complexity of implementing the corporate code are noted. Attention is paid to the role of management in developing a positive organizational atmosphere and maintaining the company's values. The emphasis is placed on the need to adapt the corporate culture to changing conditions, including the dynamics of personnel. The main conclusion is the importance of corporate culture as a strategic management tool for achieving long-term goals.
