Industrial espionage poses a serious threat to modern organizations in the context of globalization and the information age. It includes various methods of unauthorized access to confidential information, including cyber attacks, social engineering, and physical access. This phenomenon can lead to the loss of competitive advantages, significant financial losses, and even the destruction of business reputation. The article presents a systematic analysis of protection strategies against industrial espionage based on organizational, technical and legal measures. Special attention is paid to the importance of international cooperation and participation in global organizations such as WIPO for the protection of intellectual property and the exchange of best practices. It is emphasized that effective information protection requires an integrated approach, including the integration of all listed measures. The author notes that the key elements of a successful strategy are the regular review and adaptation of protection methods, as well as the active involvement of employees in the security process. This makes it possible to minimize the risks of information leakage, maintain competitive advantages and develop steadily in highly competitive conditions.
