Creating a positive corporate culture and providing career growth opportunities contribute to reducing staff turnover and increasing employee engagement. The interconnection of all components of economic security highlights its strategic importance for business sustainability. The creation of an integrated security management system allows companies to effectively adapt to changing market conditions, reduce risks and strengthen their competitive position. This makes economic security an important resource for long-term development and innovation, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
