Features of strategic planning in the context of digital business transformation

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study of changes in strategic planning in the context of digital transformation. The key stages of strategic planning are considered, as well as new approaches such as Agile strategy and Analytics-Driven Approach (ADA). The principles of the Agile strategy, including iterativity, flexibility and customer orientation, as well as the stages of its implementation in the organization are highlighted. Special attention is paid to the use of analytics and data to make informed decisions, optimize processes and increase competitiveness. The importance of analytics for forecasting trends, improving customer experience and developing innovative solutions is emphasized. It is noted that the successful implementation of flexible strategies requires the involvement of all levels of the organization and a change in corporate culture. The advantages of a flexible approach in a rapidly changing environment are considered. The conclusion is made about the importance of companies' adaptation to changes, flexibility of strategies and integration of new technologies for successful development in the context of digital transformation.
