The study of economic problems from a philosophical point of view is a relevant aspect. Thus, the use of artificial intelligence instead of human labor significantly affects the development of society as a whole. Based on philosophy, it is possible to define an ethical and legal framework, which is very important in the issue of automation. This fact also helps to develop new teaching methods. By analyzing this problem, it is possible to contribute to the formation of interaction between humans and artificial intelligence, which will ensure trust. Ultimately, the study of this field can be considered the main one for the development of society. The authors used the method of comparison, observation and analysis of scientific papers. The authors also systematized various approaches to the problem of using artificial intelligence instead of human resources. The novelty of this study can be considered the creation of a systematization of problems related to the use of AI instead of human labor.
